Official Tillman Chopper Rules:

Tickets are $20 each. Title to the Tillman Chopper shall be adhered in the name or names as they appear on the ticket stub and is not transferable or assignable. Tillman Chopper is valued at $85,000 – Not transferable, No Cash Value or Cash Out. Individual purchasers of Raffle tickets must be 18 years of age or older. This is not a tax-deductible contribution.

All directors, officers and employees of SandBox Creative, WebMediaRx and Evolution Custom Cycles are not eligible to win.

Each numbered, paid Raffle ticket stub will be placed in a secure, fireproof, locked safe until such time of the drawing.

The Pat Tillman Foundation shall appoint a single individual who will be responsible for maintaining control and security of all of the Raffle ticket stubs. Such individual shall, by public certification under oath at the time of the drawing, certify that all Raffle tickets purchased have their stub in the container of stubs where the winning Raffle ticket will be drawn.

The public drawing will be held once a sponsor has been chosen and a location and date has been determined. You may attend the drawing, but you need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail (if applicable) and/or certified mail no later than 2 weeks following the drawing.

The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Raffle winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, license, title, insurance, prep, freight and registration fees. Winner must make the necessary arrangements and incur all costs to do so, to take possession of the Custom Chopper within 30 days of the Raffle drawing.
